How far in advance should I book? +

A week ahead is ideal for moves, especially on weekends and the first/last of the month. Events with multiple stops are best booked 2 to 3 weeks out, but call us and we'll do our best for last-minute needs.

How many totes will I need? +

Pick a package by home size and we'll fine-tune it. As a rough guide: a 1-bedroom runs about 20 totes, a 2-3 bedroom home around 45. Tell us your space in the quote form and we'll nail the count.

Do you deliver and pick up? +

Yes. Delivery and pickup across Hampton Roads are included in every package. We drop the totes and dollies before your packing day and collect the empties when you're done.

How long can I keep the totes? +

Standard rentals are one week, which covers most moves comfortably. Need more time? Additional weeks are available at a discounted rate. Just let us know.
